At Ulterior Cosmetics, we aim to deliver your order safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.


Where We Deliver:

We currently deliver only within India through our trusted logistics partners. Please note:

• Delivery is subject to serviceable pin codes.

• We do not deliver to pin codes that are marked inaccessible by our logistics partners. Orders to non-serviceable locations may be cancelled at our discretion.

• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges:  

• A shipping fee of INR 50 is applicable on all orders.

• A convenience fee of INR 50 is additionally applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• COD is available on select serviceable pin codes only.


Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.


Shipping Partner:

We work with reliable third-party logistics partners, to ensure that your products arrive at your location on schedule and undamaged.

Please note: Ulterior Cosmetics shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking:

We understand the want to stay updated about your order from the time it is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.


Failed Delivery Attempts:

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be considered cancelled and may not be eligible for re-dispatch. In such cases, shipping charges and/or convenience fees will be non-refundable.


Address Changes:

Address updates are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. Please ensure all details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

RETURN POLICY


Can I return an item?

We only accept returns if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect (different from what you ordered).


What if my order arrives damaged or with a missing item?

We’re so sorry about that! We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or an item is missing, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at support@ulteriorcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery, please keep in mind that the return window will be closed after this. Email us the following details:

• Order number

• A clear photo of the damaged item and/or packaging

• A full unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required in the case of damaged/ missing item claims. Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

• A description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we can offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Kindly note: To be eligible for return or replacement, all claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


What is the return process?

• If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same address of delivery within 3-4 working days.

• Please make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, well-sealed, with all labels, barcodes, and invoice intact.

• Once the product reaches us, we will recheck whether it matches our return conditions and initiate a refund.

In case we find that the product is not eligible for return, it will be shipped back to you and applicable shipping charges will be applied. This is because we only accept returns in case of damages made from our end.


How do I get a refund?

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer, once the details are provided through email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from refund initiation. 


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@ulteriorcosmetics.com or WhatsApp at +91 9136899883. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
