Are Ulterior products cruelty free and vegan?

Yes, every product is certified cruelty-free and 100% vegan. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

How are your products skin-loving?

Our products are infused with ingredients that nourish, protect, and care for your skin. We use non-irritating and gentle formulas enriched with skin loving botanicals such as hydrating oils and plant butters.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

All our products are non comedogenic and suit every skin! However, check the ingredient list on our packaging or our website if you have sensitive skin. We also recommend doing a patch test on your hand or neck before use.

What if I get a skin allergy or reaction to your products?

That’s highly unlikely! Our products are formulated with safe clean ingredients that are well tested. We take skin safety VERY seriously. That said, everyone’s skin is unique and reacts differently to products.

Our Recommendation:

If you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin, we encourage you to check the ingredient list before purchasing, if you have a known sensitivity.

Patch test before use - Apply a small amount of product on your arm or neck to check for any reaction.

Where can I find full ingredient lists?

You can find a full, transparent ingredient list on the product page. We encourage you to review it or share it with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure how they may react to your skin type.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Details relating to the shelf life and expiry of our products are mentioned on the product packaging.

Orders

How do I place an order?

You can place your order easily on our website: www.ulteriorcosmetics.com. Just browse, add to cart, and checkout.

What modes of payments do you accept?

We accept both prepaid as well as cash on delivery orders. However, a nominal fee of INR 80 will be charged on all cash on delivery orders. This fee is non-refundable.

Can I modify my order once it is placed?

Your order cannot be modified once it is placed. If you wish to modify your order, you will simply have to cancel the order and place a new one. Kindly check your details before placing an order.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be made only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched/ready for dispatch, you cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order timely, please email us at support@ulteriorcosmetics.com with your Order ID.

How do I check my order status?

A tracking link/number is provided via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped. Using this tracking link/number, you can check the status of your order.

When is the expected delivery of my order?

Order deliveries take place only on working days. Sundays and public holidays are not included.

For metro cities, deliveries take about 2-5 working days and for other cities deliveries are within 7 working days.

What should I do If my Order Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

1. Double-check your delivery location: Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.

2. Look around your property: Sometimes packages are left in areas like mailrooms or with neighbours.

3. Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered a bit early and show up within the next business day.

4. Still no luck? Contact us.

If the package is still missing after 24 hours and you’ve followed the above steps, please reach out to us at: support@ulteriorcosmetics.com.  Include your order number and shipping address, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
